I directed a full season of sketches for VH1’s new comedy series, “Grown & Sexy”. More than just a survival guide to your thirties, “Grown & Sexy” provides an outline on how to thrive.
While cross-boarding all 14 sketches simultaneously was ambitious to say the least, we managed to pull it off, and had a blast with our cast and special guest stars along the way. Season One premiers in January 2019!
In this metaphor-as-sketch, Al Thompson and Zainab Johnson are on a first date, and while she’s content to settle on her order, he wants to peruse the menu a bit longer.
